Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services offered by Sahara Education and Tech Company Pvt. Ltd. ("Sahara," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our online learning application ("SAHARA" App), website ("Site" at www.saharanp.com), in-person physical classes, training programmes, and software/app development and training services — collectively referred to as the "Services."

By registering for, accessing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sahara Education and Tech Company Pvt. Ltd. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Nepal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notification, or the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Scope of Services

  • ›Online Classes: Live and recorded sessions via the App and Site.
  • ›Physical Classes: In-person instruction at Sahara Centers.
  • ›Training Programmes: Professional and technical training.
  • ›Software & App Development: Custom solutions and technical training.
  • ›All Education Sector Classes: Coaching and academic support across all levels.

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • ›Users must be at least 4 years of age; those under 4 require active parental supervision.
  • ›Automated registrations (bots) are strictly prohibited.
  • ›You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • ›Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use at saharanp2025@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

4.1 Ownership: All content (videos, notes, code, logos) is the exclusive property of Sahara Education and Tech Company Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2 Restrictions: You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content. Screen-capturing or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Enforcement: Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

5.1 Refund Policy: All online classes, courses, and admissions are non-refundable. Once access is granted to digital materials and recorded sessions, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason.

5.2 Changes: Sahara reserves the right to adjust fees at any time, though changes will not apply retroactively to already paid services.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You must not harass others, attempt unauthorized access to systems, use data scrapers, or circumvent technical protections. Violation of these terms may lead to immediate account termination.

Physical Classes and Training — Additional Terms

  • ›Conduct: Professional behavior is required; disruptive students may be removed without refund.
  • ›No Recording: Audio or video recording of physical classes is strictly prohibited.
  • ›Liability: Sahara is not liable for loss or injury on premises except in cases of gross negligence.

Software and App Development Services

Developed software remains Sahara's property until full payment is received. Timelines may be affected by client feedback delays. Maintenance is subject to separate agreements.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS." Sahara does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific educational outcomes, examination results, or employment prospects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be settled via good-faith negotiation, failing which, the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
